Synergize + Train - Virtual Option
This program is delivered in a one-day format to prepare mentors and advisors for a successful implementation of the Ignite day. Refer to the accompanying agendas for detailed information about training dates. Sessions can be recorded and hosted on FOCUS Training’s website for future access. Prior to this training session, your Ignition advisor team can expect to receive pre-work and a checklist of decisions that will be discussed during the Strategic Planning meeting and will shape your overall Ignition experience.
Ignite- Virtual Option
Ignite day is your back-to-school kick off for new students. In this option, FOCUS Training will facilitate and moderate virtual sessions throughout the day via Zoom, making the experience simple and high quality for your students. This day is broken into the following sessions: opening, mentor team breakouts, virtual school tour, FAQ panel, and closing. An Ignition activity with guided discussion questions is delivered in the mentor breakouts sessions. The school will need to ensure adult staff members are present in each virtual session. This option is available for schools who are looking for a full virtual option or are delivering elements of live and virtual components without a FOCUS Trainer onsite.

$3495 per day
Synergize + Train - Live Option
Live Program Information for COVID-19
Prior to the program, FOCUS will consult with the school on recommended modifications to address any COVID-19 concerns. Any student and staff that chooses to participate in this experience must sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with gathering in groups.
FOCUS will deliver Synergize + Train content in a modified 1-day experience. Prior to this training session, your Ignition advisor team can expect to receive pre-work and a checklist of decisions for the Ignite day and future mentor Fuel sessions. This includes a review of your current plans for Ignite day. In the event the school chooses to forgo the low ropes course activities typically delivered during Ignite day, FOCUS will provide suitable alternative teambuilding activities for mentors. If the school is planning to use the low ropes course activities, specific activities and modifications will be prescribed to allow for social distancing. Clients should make arrangements for this training day to meet recommended state, local and school guidelines related to COVID-19.
